April 15th is the deadline to pay your prior year's income tax. Any tax due for the prior year must be paid by this date. June 15th is the initial deadline for expatriates to file their U.S. income tax returns for the prior calendar year. October 15th is the initial extension filing deadline. You must apply for this extension before June 15th. December 15th is the second and final extension filing deadline.
