Tina Salandra, CPA
Tina has over 30 years of experience in tax, accounting, and business services. She holds a CPA license in Pennsylvania and a Master’s in Taxation from the City University of New York. Before founding Expatriate American Tax, Tina served as a CFO for a tech startup, a university, and an international non-profit organization. She also volunteers as a board member for various non-profit organizations, with a focus on animal rights, LGBT rights, and environmental issues.
Luis Troncoso, EA
Luis has been a senior tax preparer at Expatriate American Tax for more than 10 years. He is an expert in preparing all types of tax returns and has a high success rate negotiating with tax authorities on behalf of clients. In addition to his certification as an Enrolled Agent (EA) by the IRS, Luis holds an MBA and a bachelor’s in accounting & finance.
Joshua Valentin
Josh has been with the team for more than 10 years. He manages all of the firm's technology and essential administrative functions. He is the best person to contact for a quick response to basic questions about your tax return or government notices or to schedule an appointment. Josh holds an associate's degree, a QuickBooks certification, and an H&R Block tax preparation certificate.
Giorgio Mece, Dott.
Giorgio is the firm's business partner in the Rome, Italy office. With decades of experience in international tax matters, he has specific expertise in Italian tax law. Giorgio is the principal owner of the Mece Partners firm. He possesses a Laurea in Dottorato (Ph.D.) and served as a judge on the Italian Tax Court. He is an invaluable affiliate for the Expatriate Tax division of Expatriate American Tax.
Janice M. Navatkoski
Jan has worked in the financial services sector and as a CFO for nonprofits; her experience in the business world is broad. Therefore, Jan is well suited for her role as a consultant to our business clients. She holds an MBA and Bachelor's degree in communications.
